Braintronic Company successfully completed the full restoration of an abandoned and non-functional Kaeser SK 19 compressor at Kuttapitiya Tea Factory. This machine had been left idle for years, severely rusted, dismantled, and widely considered beyond repair. Our engineering team took on the challenge with the goal of returning the compressor to factory-level performance while saving the client the significant expense of a replacement.

The Challenge in Installation

The project presented multiple technical and logistical obstacles:

• The machine had been non-operational for an extended period.
• Several critical parts were missing or damaged beyond reuse.
• The compressor block, control panel, and motor components were seized or heavily degraded.
• No maintenance history or original service records were available.

These conditions required a highly methodical approach, sourcing both original and custom-fabricated components to bring the unit back to life.
