Braintronic successfully designed and manufactured brand-new industrial air dryers to meet the growing demand for reliable and energy-efficient systems in the tea industry. Each dryer was fully engineered in-house, ensuring durability, dust protection, and seamless integration into different factory environments.

One of our key projects was the supply and installation of a new air dryer at Nandana Tea Factory, where our system delivered consistent performance, reduced moisture problems, and supported uninterrupted production.

The Challenge in Installation

The process of manufacturing and installing new dryers came with several challenges:

Heat & Dust Conditions – Factory floors operated in high-temperature, dusty environments, requiring sealed enclosures and enhanced cooling.

Factory-Specific Layouts – Each site had unique space and power conditions, so every dryer was custom-built for compatibility.

Durability Requirements – Continuous industrial use demanded long-lasting materials and components capable of withstanding stress.
Our engineering team overcame these challenges by using precision laser-cut chassis, custom airflow designs, and industrial-grade components.
