Project Description

We successfully completed the manufacturing of customized panel boards tailored for tea factories and rice mills. The process began with precision board cutting carried out through advanced laser cutting technology. This method ensured clean, accurate edges and reduced wastage compared to traditional methods. Each panel was carefully shaped using modern technology beds, allowing us to achieve both standard and complex forms as required by the clients.

Highlights of our works include Niluka Rice Mill, Galahitiya Tea Factory, Galagawa Tea Factory, Hill Garden Tea Factory, and Gunawardana Tea Factory. These represent only a few of the many installations we successfully delivered for the industry.

The Challenge in Installation

During the installation phase, several challenges were encountered. Tea factories often had limited space in their control rooms, which required us to redesign certain sections of the panel boards on-site to ensure proper fitting. Additionally, maintaining uninterrupted factory operations while carrying out installation was a major hurdle, as production could not be halted for extended periods.

Despite these constraints, our team coordinated with factory engineers and scheduled work during low-production hours. Advanced wiring methods and modular systems allowed us to minimize downtime and complete installation efficiently. Our adaptability to unforeseen site conditions ensured that the project was delivered without compromising on quality or safety.
